Before Judge Palmer yesterday morn., A.A. Stockton, Q.C. applied for an injunction in the case of Annie Maud KENNEDY vs. Annie MITCHELL et al. That Hugh KENNEDY died in February 1892, leaving no issue. Annie KENNEDY, who since married Matthew MITCHELL, was granted letters of administration. The estate consisted of $400 in the Savings Bank and a leasehold property near Fort Howe, valued at $1,400. The leasehold property was held in common by deceased with his brother, Thomas KENNEDY who died in 1880, leaving a daughter, the plaintiff in the suit, who is now 15 years of age. (see original)
