Donald FRAZER of Old Hundred, West Virginia, in posting his subscription to the St. John 'Telegraph', writes that he has entered his 90th year. Mr. Frazer is well known here, having been proprietor of the first foundry ever started in Sussex. He was succeeded in this industry by William HOWES who is now doing a prosperous business.
