Daniel THOMPSON from Cape Breton was found drowned near the Market Wharf on Tuesday morn. It is supposed that he fell into the water the previous night while endeavouring to get aboard a schooner lying in the vicinity. An inquest was held by Coroner Hume and a verdict of 'found drowned' returned. - Halifax "Recorder".
