d. Boston, Dorchester district, Deacon George ELLIS, 81st year. He was the second s/o late Deacon David ELLIS of Sackville, N.S. When quite a young man he removed to Boston, Mass. Soon after he converted and united with the Tremont Temple Baptist Church. He settled at Dorchester and became a member of the Baptist Church at present worshipping on Stoughton street and was chosen one of the deacons. To the six children who survive him is left the memory of an untarnished name.
