Millidge LOCKHART of Moncton Parish (West. Co.) was given up some time ago as lost at sea. He started on a whaling voyage from New Bedford about two years and a half since, and up to a few days ago had not been heard from. His relatives were surprised to receive a letter from him. He landed at one of the South Pacific Island and failed to return to his vessel before it sailed. He is now working at blacksmithing. Very few natives ofthe Island can speak English. - Moncton Times.
