Henry H. DUNLAP yesterday began suit for a divorce from his wife, Charlotte M. DUNLAP, alledging as a basis for his action that she was unfaithful to him and was also of intemperate habits. Both were born and reared in Fredericton, N.B. They knew each other from childhood, but after leaving school never met again until after their arrival in San Francisco. When Mrs. Dunlap left her native town she went to Boston and was married to Andrew CHASE. After the death of her husband she opened a boarding house and one of her boarders was her townsman Dunlap. He soon fell in love with the widow and they went to Stockton and were quietly married. (see original)
