Petition of James Hendricks of Saint John, and John Dunford of London, England, setting forth grievances imposed from the operation of a writ of Extendi Facias now issued against one Joe Brand, for the recovery of a debt due from him, to the King many years since by virtue of which process lands owned by the said Joe Brand at that time are extended, and praying that those lands may be relieved from the operation of that writ; the lands in question having been conveyed to Thomas Smith and James Taylor in 1821 and since that time from them to the petitioners. 6 Feb. 1830, p.51.
