Located on the Bay of Fundy, 3.2 km SE of Black River: Simonds Parish, St. John County: PO Gardners Creek 1853-1943: in 1866 there were approximately 27 resident families living here: in 1871 Gardner Creek had a population of 150: in 1898 Gardner Creek was a farming, fishing and lumbering settlement with 1 post office, 1 sawmill, 1 church and a population of 150.
