Located 3.18 km NW of Upper Sackville: Sackville Parish, Westmorland County: PO 1880-1959: formerly called Beech Hill: ("On Monday eve., March 1st, 1880, a number gathered at the school house at Beech Hill. It was resolved that it henceforth be known as Mount View." Moncton Times, 5 March, 1880): in 1898 Mount View was a farming and lumbering settlement with 2 sawmills and a population of 200: today Mount View is within the town of Sackville.
