Located on the North Branch Rusagonis Stream, 5.56 km S of New Maryland: New Maryland Parish, York County: Lemuel Nason, John Nason, David Nason, William Nason, Thomas Nason and John Nason were early settlers in the region: PO 1885-1914 with Absolom A. Nason as first postmaster: in 1898 Nasonworth was a farming settlement with 1 post office and a population of 75.
