Located on the Northumberland Strait, 5.71 km NNE of Shemogue, on the road to Trois-Ruisseaux: Botsford Parish, Westmorland County: settled in 1810: PO Little Cape 1882-1969: in 1866 Little Cape was a farming settlement with 67 families, including 9 Burk and 25 Légère families: in 1871 Little Cape had a population of 150: included Legere Corner: in 1898 Legere Corner was a farming and fishing settlement with a lobster factory and a population of 150: became part of Beaubassin East in 2006.
