Located on the St. Croix River, 8.63 km WSW of McAdam: McAdam Parish, York County: PO 1870-1957: in 1871 it had a population of about 100: in 1898 St. Croix was a siding on the Canadian Pacific Railway and a farming settlement with 1 post office, 1 store, 1 church and a population of 100: St. Croix became part of the village of McAdam.
