Located on the Little South West Miramichi River, 3.14 km NE of Lyttleton, on the road to Red Bank: Southesk Parish, Northumberland County: settled in 1830: PO 1900-1954 with Daniel Silliker as the first postmaster: in 1904 Sillikers was a farming, fishing and lumbering settlement with 1 post office, 1 church and a population of 200: included Whitney Landing.
