Located 5.39 km SW of Upper Tower Hill: Saint David Parish, Charlotte County: named for William Towers, (1751-1835) who came from Castine, Maine: PO Tower Hill 1872-1909: PO Central Tower Hill 1909-1914: in 1866 Tower Hill was a farming community with about 4 families, including the family of of William Towers: in 1871 Tower Hill and the surrounding district had a population of 250: in 1898 Tower Hill had 1 post office, 1 store, 1 church and a population of 150.
