Located on S side of the Southwest Miramichi River, 4.25 km ENE of McNamee: Ludlow Parish, Northumberland County: settled in 1809: PO 1890-1970: in 1898 Carrolls Crossing was a flag station on the Canada Eastern Railway and a farming and lumbering settlement with 1 post office and a population of 75.
