Scope and Content
As the end of the school year approaches, the frustration of the teachers with education funding and chairman of the of the Treasury Board Jean Maurice Simard, is expressed in depicting Dawson Murray, President of the NBTF, running while throwing books, pencils, and rulers in the air reciting an adapted version of a traditional school rhyme.
