Pin The Budget On The Tail
Josh Beutel, Telegraph Journal, 1981-11-12 Reference number: MC2806-796

Scope and Content
The Liberal government's grasp of what should be done for the economy is not seen in high regard in this cartoon where a blindfolded Allan MacEachen playing pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey is more likely to pin the tax payer than the elusive donkey(economy).
