Wife Phoebe the best room in my dwelling house and a decent and comfortable maintenance during widowhood and that she be entirely under the care of son Daniel. Daughter Sarah EAGLES, wife of William EAGLES, £150. Daughter Mary WHITNEY £100. Sons Moses BRUNDAGE of Kingston and John BRUNDAGE of Saint John all monies due me at my decease. Son Daniel the farm I now occupy in the Parish of Lancaster for life, and at his death to my grandson John BRUNDAGE, eldest son of Moses BRUNDAGE of Kingston. Sons Moses BRUNDAGE and Daniel BRUNDAGE and friend William OLIVE Senr. of Carleton executors. Witnesses: Robert SALTER, Charles LORD, John DUNHAM. Inventory of estate, filed 10 February 1829, valued at £5,386 by Isaac FLEWELLING, Charles LORD and James OLIVE.
