Names niece Elizabeth CROOKSHANK, widow of my nephew Andrew CROOKSHANK; Elizabeth OTTY, wife of Allen OTTY Esq. and daughter of Andrew and Elizabeth CROOKSHANK; Robert William CROOKSHANK, son of Andrew and Elizabeth CROOKSHANK; niece Catharine NORRIS, daughter of my late brother John NORRIS of Rhode Island; Ann THOMSON of City of Saint John; Jane, wife of Robert W. CROOKSHANK, late Jane McKENZIE, providing a variety of small monetary or personal bequests to each. Friend Mrs. Isabella THOMSON £5 and my will is that the remainder of the articles formerly set apart by me for my niece Eliza NORRIS may be sent to her when a safe opportunity shall offer, or she may send for them. George CROOKSHANK of York, Upper Canada, £50 to repay him a like sum which was heretofore paid by him on my account to Lydia HAMPTON of New Jersey. Late husband's will provided in case of the decease of Catharine McGILL her share in his estate should go to me and remain at my disposal. Whereas the said Catharine is dead and bequeathed the said legacy between and amongst the children of Mrs. Lydia HAMPTON, I confirm her bequest. Residue of estate to niece Elizabeth CROOKSHANK. Robert W. CROOKSHANK and George CROOKSHANK executors. Witnesses: H. BOURDETT, Andrew CROOKSHANK, John COX.
