My two daughters the use of the two east rooms while unmarried. Son Stephen 5 shillings as I have already given him £450 in money and stock. Son Richard 5 shillings as I have already given him £450 in land and stock. Son Zebulon £50 in produce within seven years as I have already given him £400. Son David my blacksmith shop and tools as I have already given him £450. Son John land where his orchard now stands as I have already given him £450 in land and stock. Son Daniel the £450 he has received in land and stock and 5 shillings. Sons Thomas, George and James all my personal and real estate, they paying to my son Samuel £250, to my daughter Eunice £75, and to my daughter Jane £75, all when my youngest son comes of age.
