Résumé Parish of Gagetown, Queens County, Farmer. Will dated 27 July 1827, proved 8 September 1827. Wife Dorothy one third of all real and personal estate and my house. My two daughters the use of the two east rooms while unmarried. Son Stephen 5 shillings as I have already given him £450 in money and stock. Son Richard 5 shillings as I have already given him £450 in land and stock. Son Zebulon £50 in produce within seven years as I have already given him £400. Son David my blacksmith shop and tools as I have already given him £450. Son John land where his orchard now stands as I have already given him £450 in land and stock. Son Daniel the £450 he has received in land and stock and 5 shillings. Sons Thomas, George and James all my personal and real estate, they paying to my son Samuel £250, to my daughter Eunice £75, and to my daughter Jane £75, all when my youngest son comes of age. Daughters have already each received £75. My two daughters two-thirds of the household furniture. Sons Stephen and Richard CURREY executors. Witnesses: Richard CURREY, Daniel T. CURREY, John MARSTERS. Inventory, dated 21 September 1827, valued at £1,904 by Benjamin COY and Reuben HOBEN Junr.
