Résumé Township of Wickham, Queens County. Will dated 21 October 1794, proved 24 January 1795. Wife Hannah the use of the Best Room in my dwelling house as long as she Remains my widow and also the use of my Bed and Beding and household furniture during said Term and the use of one Milch cow and Six Breeding Ewes during her widowhood and "whatever Increase shall arise from said stock shall be at her disposal for to do with the same as she shall think proper only with this Reserve that she shall dispose of the Increase Yearly upon the last days of october during her Widow hood and I do ordain that my sons Jacob and James shall deliver unto her in each spring one pig Eight weeks old." At wife's death the cattle and household furniture to be divided between sons Jacob and James. Son John 20 acres of my farm next to Jno. GOLDING. Rest of farm to Jacob and James. Sons Jacob and James to pay to my sons Henry and William "Twelve pounds ten." Elisha CASE Senr. and John WATSON of the Parish of Wickham executors. Witnesses: James GEROW, Benjamin APPELBEE, John ROB. Inventory, dated 27 January 1795, valued at £105 by Elisha CASE and John WATSON.
