At her death to be divided between the two children of my late sister Sarah, their Names being unknown to me, and Elizabeth, the daughter of my wife, with the "express condition that Elizabeth shall settle herself in Life with the approbation & consent of her Mother." BROWNSWORD, merchant, Charlotte County, and Thomas NICHOLSON, merchant, St. John County, on the decease of Elizabeth KENNEDY, the sole executor of the estate. Fellow bondsmen John J.
