Wife Eleanor all personal estate and the use of my landed property in the Salt Spring Settlement near the head of the North Stream of the Hammond River until my son John is age 21. Land near Hampton Lake to be sold for the support of wife and children. Sons George and son John to divide the property at Salt Springs, son John at age 21 paying to my daughter Sarah £15 and £15 to the (son) or daughter which my wife, being in a state of pregnancy, expects to be delivered of.
