Daughter Charlotte DREW £5 or a cow. Daughter Lyda KEARSTED £5 or a cow. Daughter Ann GRAY £5 or a cow. Daughter Levina KEARSTED £5 or a cow. Daughter Sary GRAY £5 or a cow. Son Charles GRAY land on Bellisle Bay at age 21. Wife Levina GRAY, Caleb SPRAGG and George HARDING executors. Witnesses: Caleb SPRAGG, William WALKER, George HARDING. CODICIL dated 19 April 1820 revokes any former wills and confirms the foregoing as his last will and testament. Witnesses: Caleb SPRAGG, Sarah LAKE. Inventory, dated 1 October 1824, valued the farm and movable property at £1,050 by Caleb SPRAGG and Richard SPRAGG.
