One third part of my undyked marsh, my buildings, livestock and farming utensils to wife Sarah HICKS for life and at her decease to my grandson Israel HICKS. Daughter Jane CROWSON £25. Son Israel HICKS £15. Son Ira HICKS £5. Wife Sarah HICKS Lot 9 in letter C division in the Township of Sackville with all my household furniture to be at her disposition. Son Charles HICKS 21 acres of my dyked marsh in Dorchester. Daughters Sarah PATTISON, Elizabeth CUTLER and Rebecca ROY each £25. Son Valentine HICKS 21 acres of my dyked marsh in Dorchester and the remaining one third part of my undyked marsh and upland. Daughter Abigail ROY, Thankful SEARS and Mary WILKINSON each £25. Grandson Israel HICKS to live with my wife and support and maintain her during her life. Son Charles HICKS the privilege of living in that part of my dwelling house where he now lives until such time as he gets a house ready to move into. Wife Sarah HICKS and son-in-law Thomas CROWSON executors. Witnesses: John GOODALL, William ATKINSON, Mariner LAMB.
