Résumé Parish of St. David, Charlotte County, Esquire. Will dated 23 December 1828, proved 9 February 1829. Son-in-law Thomas SCHOOL, son Daniel Alexander McALLISTER and son William Alfred McALLISTER the one-half part of Lot 101, Parish of St. David, 50 acres, in the Grant to the Penobscot Loyalists on the west side of Oak Bay. Residue of estate to wife Mary McALLISTER, son-in-law Thomas SCHOOL and son Annanias McALLISTER in trust for the support of my wife and children. Brother John McALLISTER, St. Stephen, and son Annanias McALLISTER executors. Witnesses: Robert Samuel MOWAT, John COTTRELL, Harvey GARCELON. Inventory, dated 13 June 1829, valued at £312 by Robert MOWAT, John COTTRELL and Daniel ROBINSON included a lot in the Penobscot Association Grant valued at £73.
