Inventory, filed 27 October 1821, valued at £336 by Alexander EDWARDS, James ROBERTSON and Thomas BARLOW. A three page list of notes and book debts listed some 200 accounts amounting to £2,098. An order of distribution, dated 26 November 1822, covering £2,130 collected by the administrator, allocated one half to Mary MERRITT, the wife, there being no children; one fifth to John MERRITT and Elizabeth STEVENS, children of Robert, eldest brother, deceased; and one fifth each to Ann GOLDING, Mary HEUSTIS, Gilbert MERRITT and Israel MERRITT.
