Wife Anne 288 acres land granted to me on east side of Maquagadavick(sic), 200 acres conveyed by Capt. Christopher HATCH, all personal estate. Grandsons James and John ASH land on Maquagadavick River after wife's decease. Grand-daughter Molly ASH and grandson Nathaniel Downs ASH land on west side of Maquagadavick adjoining land occupied by Robert ASH Junr. Grandsons Thomas ASH and Iccabud Downs ASH my share of Mill Privilege on Bonney River purchased with Samuel ASH from Capt. Christopher HATCH. Wife Anne NEAL sole Executrix. Witnesses: Hugh MACKAY, John GOSS, David ROBERTSON, John TAYLOR. Inventory, dated 2 January 1803, valued at £100 by John CRAIG and Daniel LEE. On 18 July 1808 further administration of estate granted to John GOSS and Robert ASH with fellow bondsmen William CUNDY and Enos VARNEY.
