Wife Rebecca use of dwelling for life; yearly income from farm on Belisle Bay in the Parish of Kingston for life; all household furniture and my silver watch. Son Philip SCRIBNER land at Belisle Bay where he now lives, purchased from Samuel SCRIBNER, during his life and at his death the land to his son Selick SCRIBNER. All other movable property to be sold. After wife's decease, my farm to be divided, to sons Philip and Noah two shares each, son George and daughters Elizabeth MORRELL and Anne McKENZIE each one share. Son William SCRIBNER, at present under age, my property in City of Saint John. Wife Rebecca SCRIBNER, Benjamin GALE and David MARSHAL executors. Witnesses: Peter REID, John SCRIBNER, Ninyon CHALONER.
