Son Philip SCRIBNER land at Belisle Bay where he now lives, purchased from Samuel SCRIBNER, during his life and at his death the land to his son Selick SCRIBNER. All other movable property to be sold. After wife's decease, my farm to be divided, to sons Philip and Noah two shares each, son George and daughters Elizabeth MORRELL and Anne McKENZIE each one share.
