Daughter Ann Peters, wife of John HEAD Esq., Lot 218 in King's Ward of the City of Saint John, fronting on Union Street, and a mourning ring. Daughter Margaret Lester, wife of Thomas C. LEE Esq., a mourning ring. Residue of estate to executors for benefit of wife Sarah while widow and maintenance and support of sons Charles Peters, Timothy Robert, Thomas Saunders and daughters Jane Haviland, Sarah, Susanna Mary and Emma until age 21, when residue to be divided among all heirs except son George and daughters Ann and Margaret. Wife Sarah, sons George and Charles, son-in-law Thomas Carleton LEE and daughter Margaret executors. Witnesses: Elizabeth RAINSFORD, Elnathan G. RAINSFORD, Jane Caroline RAINSFORD (as Jane Caroline WINSLOW at the time will was proved). CODICIL dated 22 March 1828 provided that daughter Ann Peters HEAD, relict of John HEAD, share equally with my other children.
