Nephew David YEAMANS £5. Brother Peters £100. Brother [Jairus or Jaimes] £50. Brother Ritchard(sic) £50. Each of my sisters £25. Thomas COX sole executor. Witnesses: William BREEZE, Nicholas KAVANAGH, Israel LAWSON. File contains a letter from John YEAMANS to Thomas COX informing him of his appointment as executor and instructing him to settle "my Little business" and to "provide for your Grand Father out of the property that may come into your hands by this appointment" as "his grate age renders him uncapable of taking care of him Self." Inventory of real and personal estate in Canning, Queens County, dated 18 and 19 June 1828, valued at £2,310 by John EARLE, James BUTLER and Peter COX.
