Petition of Edward YOUNG of Swanville in the State of Maine stating he "has two Brothers and four Sisters including of the later one of the half blood," that the father is dead and that one of the brothers, named George YOUNG, of the age of 23 years in August last, has been living in New Brunswick nearly six years, and was killed on 14 January last by the falling of a tree "at a place near Lepro in this City" and was unmarried at the time of his death. George MATHEWS Junr., merchant of Saint John, attested to the truth of the petition. In response to petitioner's request, administration granted 14 March 1825 to John McLEOD, merchant. Fellow bondsmen George MATTHEW Junr. and Henry PARTELOW, merchants, all of Saint John.
