A cablegram to M. FOLEY reports the arrival at Dundee of brigt. "Kate" which left Micogma, C.B., 10th Sept. last. The cablegram also brings the sad intelligence of the death of Alexander FINLAYSON which accidentally occurred during the passage. The deceased was 18 years of age and a son of Capt. FINLAYSON, pilot of "Princess of Wales"
