Mrs. Ziba SHAW 2nd of Wakefield (Carleton Co.) was killed Sunday. She had been visiting her daughter, Mrs. J. CLEARK who was ill and was returning to her home in a wagon driven by C. CLEARK. When the horse became restive, she seized one of the reins turning the horse into the gutter. The wagon tilted and they were both thrown out. Mrs. S. was killed on the spot. - Woodstock Journal
