Located on the New Brunswick/Nova Scotia border, 5.36 km SE of Baie Verte: Westmorland Parish, Westmorland County: PO 1861-1927: in 1866 Tidnish Bridge was a farming community with approximately 12 resident families, including 4 Irvin families: in 1871 Tidnish Bridge had a population of 150. In 1898 it was a farming settlement with 1 store and a population of 50.
