Abstract Parish of St. Stephen, Charlotte County. Will dated 21 January 1832, proved 30 June 1835. James MARSHALL and his wife Jane, my daughter, the farm, 50 acres, on which I reside, being half of Lot 127 in the [blank] Division of the Grants to Penobscot Loyalists. Son Richard, if living, the part of the farm between the creek and the river, otherwise the land to go to James MARSHALL. Grand-daughter Elizabeth MICHAELS a cow. Sons John, Daniel, Malcolm, daughters Anne COLLINS and Abigail PAINE each 10 shillings. James MARSHALL and wife Jane to maintain my wife Hannah and my daughter Catharine during their natural lives. James MARSHALL sole executor. Witnesses: David A. ROSE, Neil McBEAN, James SMYTH. Inventory, dated 9 July 1832, valued at £249 by Thomas HANNAH and Joshua McBEAN.
