Abstract Parish of Waterborough, Queens County. Will dated 6 January 1807, proved 7 March 1807. Wife Elizabeth use of all land in Waterborough and Gagetown and upon Great Musquash Island and the livestock until my son Coles come of age 21, at which time land to my four sons Benjamin, Archelaus, Birdsill and Coles equally. One third of the residue of estate to wife, rest to my four sons, they paying £120 to my four daughters, £30 to each. As my wife is now "in A State of pregnancy the child shall have an equal part with any of its sex." Executors to deliver to William LAWSON a deed I have prepared for the lots on Great Musquash Island. Father Archelaus CARPENTER and Benjamin BIRDSILL Junr. executors. Witnesses: Alexander KEVAND, Benjamin BIRDSILL Senr., Thomas OLMSTED. Inventory, dated 4 April 1807, valued at £505 by Nathaniel VAIL and Archelaus PURDY.
