Wife Florence my household furniture, all the movables and "one Third of my fast Estate During Her Widow Hood." Son Michael a set of Turning Tools. Sons James, John, Michael, Samuel and Robert the remainder of my fast Estate to be divided when youngest son Robert is age 21, they paying their sisters Mary and Anna each £6. Wife's portion to be divided among all children at her death. No executor appointed. Witnesses: James BRITTAIN, Donald URQUHART. Administration granted 28 November 1826 to Samuel CLARK. Inventory, dated 26 December 1826, valued at £350 by John BRITTAIN and Joseph BRITTAIN.
