Wife Sophia estate while widow, at her death to be divided between sons John Nelson CLIFF and Jonathan Brown CLIFF. If wife remarries, sons to take possession at age 21. Wife Sophia, brother James CLIFF and brother-in-law Archibald MENZIE executors. Witnesses: Michael McNALLY, William C. BROWNE, Benjamin Rex CLIFF. CODICIL dated 6 September 1825 bequeaths lower part Lot 83 on River St. John to brother-in-law Jonathan BROWN. Witnesses: Michael McNALLY, William C. BROWNE.
