Wife Deborah one-third of estate while widow, at her decease to be divided among three sons John Abraham, Charles William and Benjamin Rex. Residue of estate to brother Benjamin Rex CLIFF for the support of my five children until they become of age. Daughters Ruth Elizabeth and Margaret each £60 at marriage. Brother Benjamin Rex CLIFF sole executor. Witnesses: Michael McNALLY, John CLIFF Junr., Adam BENNETT.
