Abstract Parish of Sussex, Kings County, Farmer. On 20 May 1831 the kindred and creditors of the deceased were cited to appear. Will dated 14 August 1830, proved 6 July 1831. Wife Milcah COUGLE all real estate, farming utensils, household furniture, a horse, two cows and ten sheep. Son Oliver B. COUGLE 20 shillings. Son John M. COUGLE 20 shillings. Wife Milcah COUGLE (named as "Meliah COUGLE" in probate documents) sole executrix. Witnesses: John MARTIN, William MacLAY, Rachel MARTIN. Inventory, dated 30 May 1831, valued at £542 by [John] [ ? ], Thomas EDWARDS and Titus STONE.
