Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County, Merchant. Intestate. On 30 November 1801 the widow and nearest of kin of the deceased were cited to appear and show cause why administration of the estate should not be granted to Thomas LAWTON and William WHITLOCK, merchants of the City of Saint John. Administration granted 8 December 1801 to Thomas LAWTON and William WHITLOCK during the minority of the three sons of Lewis DEBLOIS named Thomas, Gilbert and George. Fellow bondsmen Isaac LAWTON and William [S.] OLIVER, both of Saint John.
