Abstract Parish of Sussex, Kings County, Farmer. Will dated 27 January 1824, proved 20 April 1824. Wife Nancy one third of all real property and estate during her widowhood, then to descend to my three sons William, Hugh and Robert. Wife Nancy a birch bedstead, a birch stand, a set of tea china "and a large Waiter." Sons "Jacob Malachi Richard Patrick Edward" and my daughter Elizabeth each 20 shillings. Daughters "Ann Margaret Abigail Lydia and Mary" each £20. Daughter Rachael, wife of Edward BURGES, or to her heirs, £20. Daughter Eleanor, wife of Samuel GOSLINE, £20. Daughters Ann, Margaret, Abigail, Lydia and Mary shall reside on the farm until age eighteen. Sons William, Hugh, John and Robert each £10. Sons William DOYAL and Samuel GOSLINE executors. Witnesses: Francis PORTER, John HASFORD, Henry LEONARD. Inventory, dated 31 March 1824, valued at £1,824 by Lewis FRAZEE, Peter COUGLE and James RYAN, indicated deceased was an inn keeper.
