Abstract Parish of Kingston, Kings County, Farmer. Will dated 7 June 1830, proved 8 July 1830. Wife Margaret FLEWELLING her right of dower in my landed property and all the household furniture. Eldest son Ezekiel FLEWELLING 60 acres of land from Lot 21 in the Kingston Grant, he paying £10 to my eldest daughter Mary FLEWELLING, the land being the same piece or parcel for which I gave him a deed some years ago. Second son John FLEWELLING the remainder of Lot 21 on the southeast side of the lake or mill pond belonging to Walter BATES Esq., he paying my second daughter Liza FLEWELLING £5. The land to be held by son John until his youngest son is age 21 and then divided "between all his Son that are living at that time." The part of Lot 21 on the northwest side of the mill pond to be sold to pay my just debts. Third son William Joel FLEWELLING 50 acres, the one-fourth part of Lot 16, he paying my second daughter Liza £2. Fourth son Joseph FLEWELLING 50 acres from Lot 16, he paying Liza £2. Fifth son Abraham Thomas FLEWELLING 50 acres from Lot 16 to hold until his son John Bentley is age 21, at which time I devise the said 50 acres to his son John Bentley. Eighth son James FLEWELLING 50 acres, the last fourth part of Lot 16, he paying my daughter Liza £5. Son James one fourth part of my dwelling house that stands on Lot 15. Seventh son Enos FLEWELLING 100 acres from Lot 15 with the barn and half my dwelling house. Son Enos one cow called Rose and the remainder of my flock of sheep after my wife Margaret takes six and my son Elias David takes six and my daughter Mary takes three and the yoak(sic) of oxen bought of my brother Thomas FLEWELLING, he paying Thomas the balance due on the note I gave him. Ninth son Elias David FLEWELLING 50 acres from Lot 15 and one fourth part of my dwelling, he paying my eldest daughter Mary £5. Sixth son Azer FLEWELLING 50 acres from Lot 15. Sons Ezekiel and Joseph FLEWELLING executors. Witnesses: Justus S. WETMORE, James WETMORE, James S. McKIE, Thomas FLEWELLING. Inventory, dated 29 June 1830, valued at £846 by D. B. WETMORE and James WETMORE.
