Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County. Will dated 19 November 1821, proved 11 January 1822. Wife Phoebe entire estate, including house and Lot 114. At her decease, two shares of estate to son Isaac FLEWELLING, with the exception of the lot situated nearly opposite Samuel THEALE Senr. in Carleton, which I give to my beloved daughter Maplit MUNRO, and with the exception of dwelling on Lot 114 which I give to my daughter Fanny FLEWELLING. Daughter Clarisa FLEWELLING to have the privilege of living in the said dwelling if she still single. Daughter Clarisa to have the 5 acre Lot 4 "situated in my Enclosure near the Castle or Tower so called in Carleton." Balance of estate to be divided among my four daughters Sarah BARNES, Maplit MUNRO, Fanny FLEWELLING and Clarisa FLEWELLING. Wife Phoebe and son Isaac FLEWELLING executors. Witnesses: George GARDNER, Josiah WETMORE and John WIGHTMAN.
