Entire estate to be divided among my seven children Henry, William, Ezra, James Scovil, Mary, Elizabeth and Sarah or their heirs. Son James Scovil is yet unmarried. Son William FROST and son-in-law Monmouth FOWLER executors. Witnesses: Thomas BROWN, Samuel PERKINS, D. B. WETMORE. Inventory, dated 30 June 1827, valued at £1,083 by Thomas FAIRWEATHER, Henry DeFOREST and Benjamin CROMWELL. Petition of Henry FROST, son of Henry FROST and grandson of the deceased, dated 6 April 1841, prayed that executors be cited to file account of administration.
