Abstract Parish of Gagetown, Queens County. Will dated 13 February 1818, proved 8 September 1819. Grand-daughter Margaret FOSHAY, wife of William FOSHAY, £125. Grand-daughter Clarissa HALLET £125. Grandson Gidney HALLET all that Small Island lying near the entrance of Jemseg Creek between the Island called the big Island and the Ship point in the Parish of Waterborough, commonly called the Cory Island. The above bequests to be paid from the income of my intervale farm now occupied by Abiathar CAMP Junior and lying between the land of William SPRINGER Senior and the land of my late son Joseph GIDNEY. The intervale farm to my six grandsons, Isaac Birdsill GIDNEY, Charles Dean GIDNEY, Joshua GIDNEY, Joseph GIDNEY, John Edward GIDNEY and Benjamin GIDNEY, the sons of my late son Joseph GIDNEY, as they come of age. Friend William FOSHAY and grandsons Isaac Birdsill GIDNEY and Charles Dean GIDNEY executors. Witnesses: Abiathar CAMP, Charles SMITH, Daniel S. SMITH.
