Abstract Parish of Westfield, Kings County. Will dated 28 July 1813, proved 27 July 1816. Wife Barbara one third part of real estate and stock and all household furniture for life while she remains my widow, and at her death to be divided among my children. Sons "Matthias, Andrew and George, David and Melitia"; (The sons are twice listed in this fashion and once as "Matthias, Andrew, George, David and Melitia" in the will) also to my daughters Barbara, Elizabeth and Julyan (also mentioned as daughter "Juliah"), the remaining two thirds of my land and stock to be divided equally. Grandson Andrew HAMM, eldest son of Charles HAMM, one shilling if demanded. Wife Barbara, sons Matthias HAMM and Andrew HAMM executors. Witnesses: Philip NASE, William NASE, John NASE. Inventory, dated 22 July 1816, by John COLE and Isaac STEVENS, valued the farm at £1,000, listed stock, tools and furniture.
