Abstract Parish of Westfield, Kings County. Died 20 January 1826 intestate, leaving no wife or children. Administration granted 6 February 1826 to Andrew HAMM, David HAMM and Andrew HAMM Junr. Fellow bondsmen William BELYEA and James CLARK, all of Kings County. Inventory, dated 6 February 1826, valued at £751 by Isaac CLARK, John STEVENS and John FOWLER. Surrogate's notes indicate deceased left four brothers and three sisters living, one brother, the eldest, deceased, leaving two sons and three daughters. Directed estate to be divided into nine shares, two shares to the children of the deceased elder brother and one share each to the surviving brothers and sisters.
