Abstract Parish of Moncton, Westmorland County, Trader. Will dated 17 March 1820, proved 9 April 1834. Wife Ann HARPER £30 per annum for life, use of that part of the house I now live in, one horse and one cow and the household furniture. Daughter Ann DICKEY £200 to be paid £50 per year. In the event of her decease, the sum to be divided among her children at age 18. Daughter Cathrine HARPER £300 at age 18. Son George HARPER residue of real and personal estate. Ann HARPER, George HARPER and Thomas TRUEMAN executors. Witnesses: John STEVES Junr., George STEVES, Leonard STEVES. James SMITH, Stephen SHAW and Thomas PRINCE directed to appraise the estate. Ann HARPER and Thomas TRUEMAN both renounced executorship.
